Malaysian born Siamy Tan is a jelly cake enthusiast who creates incredibly lifelike flower decorations throughout Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. She first started 3D Jelly Jabbing in 2022 as a artistic hobby at home and quickly attracted interest in the community with mesmerising edible 3D Jelly Cakes all over Hong Kong.

In July 2022, her inspiring story was prominently featured in Hong Kong's leading newspaper, SCMP. This was followed by a captivating video story in August 2022. Since then, she has passionately shared her knowledge with over 2000 students across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Siamy, alongside her architect husband Coach Xavier, run a Hong Kong-based NGO called Empower3D Social Alliance. Their mission is to uplift underprivileged communities, elderly individuals, special needs children, and adults by providing them with the opportunity to learn 3D Jelly Art. An impressive 50% of all cake sales proceeds directly support Empower3D Social Alliance's noble cause.
